The TMCF Internship Program is an integral part of a students’ education. It helps students successfully apply classroom concepts to real-world challenges. With every internship experience, students have an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while making meaningful contributions to their employer. Through strategic relationships with major companies and government agencies, TMCF offers employers access to highly qualified member-school students while opening the door for students to develop professional connections that can lead to full-time employment after graduation.
TMCF offers 10-12 week internships with various companies and organizations, which includes the United States Department of Agriculture [USDA]. Interns work in various locations across the United States in state-of-the-art facilities conducting research and/or contributing to the overall business enterprise. TMCF interns work on challenging projects while attending career readiness workshops and webinars and receive one-on-one coaching. All majors are welcome to apply.

Why Intern with TMCF?
Our internships offer opportunities for a more personalized learning environment outside of the traditional classroom setting and offer students a head start in the marketplace. One of the main functions of our internship program is to create a pipeline to highly qualified member-school students for full-time employment post graduation. Internships are paid and offered at various locations around the country. They usually take place over a 10-week period during the summer between the months of June and August.

NOTE: Participants selected for internships and full-time employment opportunities with the federal government will be required to undergo a national agency background check and must be United States citizens.
TMCF – USDA Internship Program
The United States Department of Agriculture, as well as specifically the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA-APHIS) Internship Programs both provides paid work experience to high school seniors and students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited institution. Interns gain valuable professional development experience in the STEM disciplines, business, communication arts, and other research-based major areas of study. Interns will also take advantage of career training, individual mentoring, research experiences, professional webinars and more.

CIA Immersion Program
The CIA is responsible for providing global intelligence on the ever-changing political, social, economic, technological, and military environment. TMCF is now accepting applications from rising sophomores & juniors interested in global intelligence careers. Through an exclusive partnership with The CIA, 30 qualified candidates will have an exclusive opportunity to participate in a CIA Mini-Boot Camp October 14th- 16th.
