Andrea Horton is the Chief Marketing Officer at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund leading the strategic vision for the organization’s brand and marketing strategy inclusive of TMCF’s brand positioning, communication strategies, public relations, and user experience.

Prior to joining TMCF in 2013, Andrea developed and led market strategies for iconic CPG brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Pink, Donna Karen, Quaker Oats, Hanes, and L’eggs. Andrea has also led innovation and growth strategies for major companies such as Dean Foods and Kimberly-Clark both domestically and abroad.

Andrea graduated with honors from Spelman College with a BA in Economics. She earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Andrea lives in Winston Salem, NC with her son, Caleb.
