The Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s (TMCF) Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) Division has teamed up with CBRE to develop the 2022 CBRE Corporate Real Estate Innovation Challenge. The CBRE Innovation Challenge is a 2.5-day business pitch competition where students will come together to tackle real world challenges in the commercial real estate industry and present their innovative solutions to a panel of expert judges. Students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) will be selected to participate in the pitch competition and placed on cross functional teams. Students will gain experience in Venture Ideation, Business Model Canvas, Pitching, and Intra and Entrepreneurship. Participants will also engage with executives, business leaders, and HBCU alumni with CBRE.

Students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) who are innovative, entrepreneurial-
minded, and have a strong interest in business or real estate are highly encouraged to apply to this unique and exciting program!
