The Boeing HBCU Immersion Program is a highly competitive engagement that will bring the brightest freshmen and sophomores from Boeing’s partner HBCUs together for a three-day, comprehensive introduction to the company. Facilitated by Boeing leaders and the HBCU strategy team, this program will provide students with increased knowledge and awareness of Boeing products and services. Students will also discover the myriad of possibilities that a future career in business, IT and engineering in the aerospace industry holds. Students selected for the Boeing Immersion Program will have the opportunity to experience Boeing’s collaborative culture while giving Boeing leaders the unique opportunity to engage highly-sought freshmen and sophomores from its partner HBCUs.
