- Use TMCF copyrighted information, logos, trademarks, trade names or service marks.
- Use TMCF content for commercial or fundraising purposes without express written permission from TMCF. TMCF reserves the right to withdraw permission to link to TMCF-maintained websites at any time.
Links from a TMCF-maintained website to a third-party site

TMCF has no control over these sites or their content, and linkage does not imply endorsement of the sites or the content, operators, products or services related to such sites. TMCF is not liable or responsible for the content, operators, availability, accuracy, quality, advertising, products, services or any other material, service or occurrence related to such sites. TMCF shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with visits to such sites, or use of or reliance on any content, products or services available on or through such sites.
