TMCF is the national voice of HBCUs and PBIs. We strategically navigate Capitol Hill in a non-partisan manner before policy makers and other influencers to proactively take the lead on introducing public policy recommendations and solutions on tough issues in higher education. We are committed to building alliances with members of Congress and organizations that support HBCUs and PBIs to influence public policy that will secure resources and programs that support HBCUS and PBIs, their students and faculty. TMCF seeks to empower our stakeholders to become a part of our voice on issues impacting the HBCU and PBI community.
