The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), and Mondelēz International are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member schools that include 47 publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). Fifteen (15) scholars will be selected to receive a fall need-based scholarship up to $9,000 for the 2024-2025 academic school year (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).

Benefits

• Scholarships of up to $9,000 per year ($4,500 per semester)
• Professional development on TMCF’s online learning platform to develop career soft skills such as resume building, communication and interviewing, and leadership strategies
• Gallup Assessment & Coaching to identify strengths to prepare for career planning and college success
• Immersion Bootcamp will be a unique scholar career preparation engagement during the spring semester of sophomore year

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a graduating senior in high school for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
• Be enrolled full-time as an incoming freshman at a TMCF member school during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
• Open to all majors
• Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
• Able to demonstrate a financial need.
• Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
