Capital One partnered with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to launch the “Build to Best” HBCU Early Talent Program for 100 rising Sophomores. Over the next academic year, this new initiative will prepare HBCU students for post-graduation corporate careers. The program provides skill development opportunities and career readiness programming that will help bridge the gap between students’ familiar environment and the expectations of corporate America.
