TMCF’s new signature initiative, DevCon, was created to enhance the professional aspirations of freshmen and sophomore students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) who possess essential business qualities such as determination, mental fortitude, and emotional resilience, making them valuable additions to organizations.

DevCon is a three-and-a-half-day conference where TMCF identifies a pool of top-tier early-talent HBCUs students who can change the current corporate, governmental and technical landscape while advancing company capabilities

Objectives:

  • Scale TMCF talent identification services while maximizing talent programming.
  • Create a pathway for historically marginalized students to participate in leadership and career development opportunities.
  • Advance DEI by designing programming that removes exclusionary eligibility requirements.
  •  Equip partners with best practices for recruiting and leading early & diverse talent.
