TMCF’s Professional Development Program provides top talent from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominately Black Institutions (PBIs) unparalleled access to a funnel of opportunities in business, science, technology, creative, and more. Students develop leadership skills (hard and soft skills) through TMCF’s unique collaborative training and assessments that prepare them to transition from college into a rewarding career with top employers in our network.
