Event Overview:
Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) will host an exclusive 2.5-day immersion program, welcoming 30 scholars from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Participants will navigate through a spectrum of career opportunities within the CIA, engage in enriching dialogues with the CIA’s HBCU alums, and gain a first-hand perspective on daily operations within the agency. Culminating the event, scholars will have the distinct opportunity to propel their careers forward by applying for positions within the federal government.
