Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Lowe’s have teamed up to provide a Retail Immersive Experience for sophomore students from HBCUs. The goal is to build a diverse pool of early talent for internships leading to full-time jobs. Participants will get to meet senior executives from Lowe’s, tour the innovation lab, tech center, and distribution center in North Carolina.
