Scholarship Overview

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Sanofi are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Fifty (50) scholars will be selected to receive a need-based scholarship up to $15,000 for the 2024-2025 academic school year (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).

Eligibility Requirements: 

  • Be enrolled full-time as a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate-level student at a Historically Black College/University during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
  • Open to healthcare or related majors or fields of study such as STEM; Public Health; Finance; Marketing/Sales; IT/Digital.
  • Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  • Must be willing to participate in a Sanofi NextGen Leadership and mentorship program that includes playing a role as an Ambassador to improve trust in healthcare
  • Sophomores and Juniors must be willing to complete an internship in the Summer of 2025 
  • Must have the 2024-2025 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection.
  • Able to demonstrate a financial need.
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
