Scholarship Overview
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and CVS Health are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member-schools that include 53 publicly-supported HBCUs, HBCCs, PBIs, medical and law schools. Six (6) scholars will be selected to receive a need-based scholarship up to $10,000 for 2024-2025 academic school year (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or as a graduate student at a TMCF member-school during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
- Undergraduate majors: Pre-Pharmacy, Biology, Pre-Medicine or Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Environmental Health, Health Administration, Health Information Management, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Behavioral Health, Psychology.
- Graduate majors: Open to Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Doctor of Pharmacy majors, Nursing, Behavioral Health, Psychology.
- Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Must have the 2024-2025 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection.
- Able to demonstrate a financial need.
- Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
