Scholarship Overview
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and MassMutual are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member-schools that include 53 publicly-supported HBCUs, HBCCs, PBIs, medical and law schools. Ten (10) scholars will be selected to receive a need-based scholarship of up to $5,000 for the 2024-2025 academic school year (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate at a TMCF member-school during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
- Must be majoring in math, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, data science and technologies, physics, any business, supply chain management, or actuarial science.
- Current cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
- Be able to demonstrate an unmet financial need.
- Must have the 2024-2025 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection.
- Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
- Cannot be an employee, officer, consultant/service provider to or board member of Partner or TMCF or a family member of any such individual.
