Scholarship Overview
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and The Select Group are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member-schools that include 53 publicly-supported HBCUs, HBCCs, PBIs, medical and law schools. One (1) scholar majoring in business will be selected to receive a fall need-based scholarship up to $5,850 for the 2024-2025 academic school year and one (1) scholar majoring in computer science will be selected to receive a fall need-based scholarship up to $2,350 for the 2024-2025 academic school (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees.)
Eligibility Requirements
- Be enrolled full-time as a rising undergraduate sophomore or junior at a TMCF member-school during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
- Open to declared business and computer science majors.
- Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Must have the 2024-2025 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection.
- Able to demonstrate a financial need.
- Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
