The Thurgood Marshall College Fund Leadership Institute is not just a conference, but truly a connection. It’s a place where students meet with some of the most talented, driven, and encouraging students from across the nation. LI is a place where you can connect with professionals whose goal is to see each student succeed and reach their highest potential as a professional and a leader. I have been fortunate and blessed to attend this event and grow exponentially in my emotional intelligence as well as learned many insightful lessons from the students through the institute. Thanks to Texas Southern University and the leadership of the Jesse H. Jones School of Business I have been able to soak up and absorb as much as possible.
