As a proud grad of HBCU North Carolina A&T, and a proud Ally employee, I can tell you that Ally is committed to being part of the solution to the challenges we face as a society. We do that in part by working with organizations like TMCF, listening to their needs and the needs of their students. Out of these discussions came our Moguls in the Making program aimed at giving HBCU students an opportunity to learn and practice vital business skills, which has already seen six TMCF students join Ally as full-time employees.
