I want every young person – no matter what intersections they occupy – to see themselves represented from their cradle through every stage in their career. As a Black queer man, I know all too well how challenging it remains for folks of color to be seen (and valued) as our full, unapologetic selves in the spaces we navigate, and add value to, on a daily basis. I’ve dedicated my career to disrupting the DuBoisian experience of being both highly visible and hauntingly invisible by championing equitable processes and outcomes across the employee experience in both the tech and management consulting industries.
